Pumpkin Maple Loaf

Directions

Preheat oven to 190 C (350 F). Grease 18 cm (8 inch) square or 9 x 18 cm
(4 x 8 inch) loaf pan.

In a medium bowl or the food processor, mix wet ingredients (first 4) with
sugar.

In a small bowl, combine flour with the remaining ingredients and add slowly to
the first mixture until blended.

Spoon into pan and bake in preheated oven for 30 - 35 minutes or until done.
