A growing number regular customers of the Acorn Creek Garden Farm like the convenience of ordering freshly picked produce, preserves, potted plants and other produce in advance by phone and picking up the produce at a convenient time. The management of Acorn Creek Garden Farm provides this service as a free service for its customers as long as the order is made at least four hours in advance of pick up.

A few customers also like the convenience of home delivery. We use the services of a variety of courier companies. The rules are as follows:
      1. The order must exceed $50.00 in cost.
      2. Customers will be charged applicable courier fee.
      3. Couriers can deliver in one day or 3 days so customers must specify the time.
      4. There is a packaging and handling fee of $5.00.
      5. At the moment we can only ship to Canadian customers.
      6. We hope to ship into the United States and overseas once we resolve the customs issues.

Pickup orders for freshly picked produce can be made by phone on the Veggie Hot Line (613)836-2613 or by email at terauds@magma.ca. We ask that customers let us know when they wish to pick up the produce. Orders placed before 9:30 a.m. can be picked up in the afternoon. We will confirm all pickup orders by e-mail. Customers can also order produce for pick up when we are at Carp Farmer's Market on Saturday. Customers will be asked for a credit card on the phone and online.

Acorn Creek accepts only the MasterCard Credit Card.

We also accept debit cards at the farm during our regular season from May 1 to November 1.
